Illinois Hiring Process

Step 1 - ExamFX

• Login using your managers credentials to https://tracking.examfx.com/default.aspx

• Select "Enroll Student"

• Select course "Life and Health Insurance"

• Licensing State "Illinois" 

• Package $129.95 (there's shipping added later on since they receive a manual so this isn't the total cost)

• Fill in "Basic Student Information" 

• What company affiliated with  is "American Income National Agency" 

• "Title" is "Student" and click continue

Step 2 - Temp License

• Fill out jot form above and message Corrissa on recruiting thread so she can get the contract sent over to the new hire to complete once temp license is finished

• Go to www.nipr.com

• Click on "License Centre" 

• Select "Apply for a License"

• "Resident License" 

• "Go to Online Application" and click "Individual"

• Have them submit their full Social Security Number and click "next" until you see 

• Enter all of their employment over the last 5 years

• Payment of $5 + tax ($5.60)

• The new hire will receive an email - have them forward that to altigoffice@gmail.com

Step 3 - Illnois Temporary Producer License Form & SSN & Download Slack

• Go to their welcome email titled "Welcome to AO National-USA-Important Info For Your Career - Save This!"

• Head to the bottom and have them click on the attachement, sign, print name and date it and then email it back to altigoffice@gmail.com

• Have them send over a photo front and back of their SSN

• Have them go to the APP Store and download "Slack"

• Go to their welcome email titled "Welcome to AO National-USA-Important Info For Your Career - Save This!"

• Click on the download link for slack found on the email

Step 4 - Fill Out Contract

• The Contract email is sent from ailagentadmin@ailife.com and it is called "American Income Appointment Invite"

• Fill it out fully with them and click finish
