The most coveted club AO has to offer. To qualify you'll need to gross 150k gross in one month!
Platinum Club
100k net of gross production in one month will get you a ticket into Platinum Club !
Gold Club
Gross 50k in one month! (Must show on AP&P).
Top Producer Club
Net 10k in a month and you're automatically put in to Top Producer Club! This club gets you access to special calls with important people in the company, extra support prizes and free surprise meals and incentives and fun.
Presidents Club
Produce 200k in a calendar year to qualify for this coveted club.
"The Week"
This special week happens 3 times a year. March, July and October and it's a big deal!
When you net 10k + in that week you receive a special plaque in recognition. "The Week" is a time where every single person in the company puts in an extra effort to protect every family and protect their own through the financial results that they gain. We break records and show everyone what's possible and be do it as a team!
Convention
Any personal recruits you bring during the qualifying year, up to 50% of your personal production can come from each qualifying PR writting 10k each.

Net 13,000 ALP for 4 months in a row and you've qualified !
VIP
VIP
A VIP is a new agent who keeps working hard & produces at least 5,000 net ALP in their 2nd through 4th months after being coded! Being a VIP means you'll get recognition for being consistent while being 2-4 months in the business! You'll also be the owner of the exclusive blue AO National shirt (originally only for managers), have an opportunity to attend a pre-promotion meeting & even earn a guaranteed SA promotion! It's good to be a VIP!

Top Rookie Personal Producer Plaque
This is a monthly award! Must net over 10k ALP in a month and beat out all other rookies in their first year in the biz.
Top Veteran Personal Producer Plaque
This is a monthly award! Must net over 10k ALP in a month and beat out all other veterans who have been here longer than a year in the biz.
Top GA Plaque
You're the top GA in net team production for the month. Must net 15k ALP as benchmark.
Top SA Plaque
You're the top SA in net team production for the month. Must net 10k ALP as benchmark.
Race To 4K
Write 4k net ALP during the first week of the month. Must show on your ICM advance report. All 4k qualifiers in the first two weeks of the month will be added for recognition! Remember it's a race so check back to see where you placed!

When you help Referral Families or Individuals, you’ll accrue travel points. Redeemable for luxury vacation options near or far with your loved ones or simply to reward yourself for a job well done. It's time to take Opportunity Unlimited worldwide.
AO Rewards points are 1 for 1 for referral ALP. For example, if you sell $2,000 of ALP on a referral lead, you get 2,000 AO Rewards points.
Please note that the referral lead has to be a unique referral the writing agent collected themselves
No points are rewarded for collecting referrals, only for sales made on referrals.
When an agent gets coded, an e-mail goes out within the next week inviting them to join. However, there are also links on Planet to the AO Rewards website.

Agents must sign up with their Altig e-mail address, this is automatically assigned to them when they join AO. If they do not know their Altig e-mail they can e-mail AORewards@altig.com and we can provide that information to them.
Redemptions options range from air travel to hotel stays, theme park tickets, designer products (currently offering Gucci, Prada, and Versace) and, yes, donations to a handful of reputable charities.
You do receive 1,000 bonus points upon registration.
Our travel agent Tatiana will reach out to anyone who places a redemption request for our travel options, she makes the whole process very quick and easy.
