Welcome to Gamma! 

You're about to start doing half & full presentations! Gamma and Delta can be combined into 1 level provided you're capable of presenting a complete presentation! We recommend doing 2 half presentations to start and the rest as full presentations so you can graduate LIT program faster! Remember the appts you book are the ones you will be doing so the tips you've learned in Alpha will come in handy throughout this level!

Why is Gamma Taking Longer To Complete?

Dont stress! In Gamma you're taught the work habits needed to thrive throughout your career! If you find it's taking longer then you thought check your dials, having 250 dials a day is the standard for any agent! Once you're consistent with the volume of calls check what's your booking ratio like? If you find your booking is low refer back to the Alpha exercises - you simply need more practice, lastly have your manager listen in so they can give you feedback! 

What Should I Focus On In Gamma?

Gamma is a very short step to Delta so the goal is to have you get used to doing half presentations with an emphasis on learning and collecting referrals. You should aim to have on average of 5-10 referrals per home.

How Do I know I'm Ready For Delta?

Gamma and Delta can be merged. As long as you've done two Gamma's and you're feeling good with the HPPRO 3.0 transition into the second half of the presentation you can jump into Delta!
