Expectations as an Agent
EXPECTATIONS
1,000 ALP a week minimum (required to earn minimum wage)
10 sales a month
Double digit sits weekly

Consistent personal recruiting to earn their SA contract
Daily communication, how many sits, sales for the day, challenges they may have

QUALIFICATION
Personal recruit and code one new agent or make 10 sales in a month and train and code one new agent.
EXPECTATIONS
Minimum 10 sales per month
Actively recruit, code and add at least 1 new agent per month
Follow the Opportunity Unlimited schedule every week & or a proper Flex Schedule
Lead by example in training Opportunity Unlimited
Always have 5 agents coded
Expectations as a Co Executive Producer
QUALIFICATION
Have a total of five directly coded agents and mentor one of your associates to achieve their SA contract and achieve a minimum of 10 sales in a month.

COMPENSATION
All recruits are coded directly to your hierarchy
EXPECTATIONS
Personally be a qualified MGA with a minimum per month of 10K in F6 Net, 16K Net a month or meet your minimum-max code benchmark, have 2 trainers with 2 agents

At Designated Times
Recruiting 9-12 (daily as needed)
Meeting with your manager & your 5 if required
Sign off on teams sales daily
Check in with next gens (once before managers meeting is not enough also 1 weekend day)
Daily next day call backs to your hires
1st Thursday of each month review AP&P with team
Do a head count of your people who are supposed to be working. Are they working? Are they logged on?
1-2 times a day (2 PM, 5 PM) check your ppl’s dials and efforts and provide guidance
Daily 9 PM be in close out on your working field days and make sure your team does the same
Nightly review planet number 9:30-10 PM and make sure ppl on your team are accurate. If not, call them!
Nightly have some form of communications with your 5 to review the day/ plan for tomorrow VM, text, call, kumospace meeting etc...

Validation due by 10:30 AM based on what you see make a plan to help ppl not yet submitting
AO Company call 2 PM
Tuesday
Make sure to contact all LIT week 1 to attend first day of training
Wednesdays
Sales signed off by 10:30 AM
Thursdays
Review ICM Advance reports/MODS in the morning between 10:30-11:30 AM
Send questions to Advance/ your manager between 10:30-11:30 AM
Do weekly review & make sure your ppl do
Managers Meeting at 11:00 AM EST
Fill in recognition sheet/ send pipeline messages
Agency Meeting at 12 PM EST
Make sure to schedule your 1 on 1 weekly meetings with your teams and manager at the same time each Thursday and utilize the "1 on 1 Weekly Meeting Structure" listed CLICK HERE

AO Masterclass 2pm
Monthly Leader Checklist
1st Check AP&P reports and update monthly quality exception sheet (co executive's or higher)
15th Make sure you are good for codes/ ALP for bonus & on pace to win any categories you are going for that month adjust as needed
Watch all of your agents twice a month. 1 regular presentation and 1 POS presentation. If the agent does not work POS then just 1 regular presentation is required.
