For example, April 2002 AP&P reports reflect an evaluation period of May 2001 to October 2001. Any application submitted during those months is being evaluated to determine if premiums were paid through the 4th month. If so, there is a positive impact to retention. If not, there will be a negative impact. Policies can be reinstated to improve retention, however, the positive impact is to the original writing agent even if recoded at time of reinstatement.

RX: Medication

SUB: Submit Status

WL: Whole Life

WTH: Withdrawn, which means a policy that has cancelled before it's been issued

A Trial Came in Why is There a NPRD Next to it?

A trial that comes in your MOD box will always automatically show up on ICM as a NPRD. When you place it and it's processed it will show up multiple times. One as a paid upon sale, and one still showing as a NPRD. This is normal.

What is a NPRD and What Does it Mean?

Only an MGA or higher can request a NPRD, which is short for a no production. Once a NPRD is requested and placed to the policy you've requested, it's as if the policy was never written in the first place, therefor saving your retention and NTG. A NPRD does NOT cancel the policy unless a seperate cancellation request was put in. A NPRD removes the sale from your end for quality purposes. Please note once a NPRD is requested it will bring down your current MTD net.

I Got an NSF What do I do?

Login to https://icmail.globelifeinc.com/login.html > Bottom left click on "Weekly Advance" click on "Returned Initial Premium" and "Submit" and click on the link below for further instructions.

I Got Invalid Banking What do I do?

Login to www.planetaltig.com > Bottom left click on "Policy" click on "Mod Inbox" and find the bad banking MOD and click on "View App" , pop in your planet password, and look through the application to find the current banking information.

Step 1 - Finding the Original Bank Information

The first thing you'll need to do is pull up the banking info you already have on file. Do so by login in to aws.planetaltig.com > Submitted Applications > pop in the "Policy Number" and make sure the "SGA Submit From Date" and "SGA Submit To Date" is within the timeframe you've written the sale.

Step 2 - Call the Client to Get Correct Information

Call the client and let them know the banking information was rejected by the bank and may not be correct and you just need to quickly reference what you already have to confirm the digits that are right or wrong to get it fixed for them. Get the client to pull it up on their mobile app, call their bank or walk them through on how to read their void cheque. Get them to send you a picture if possible.

Step 3 - Update Banking Info

Go to https://arc.ailife.com/pi_request_redraft.aspx and fill out all the policies you signed them up for, name is your own, "Requestor Name" is Altig, your email address routing number you should always google it by typing in the bank name, transit & routing number ie. "CIBC transit 1234 routing" This will get you the right info. Checking or savings, bank name is TD or CIBC or RBC, whatever their institution is. In the comments re input the banking info like this:

Transit - "XXXXX" (put in their transit)

Institution - "XXX" (put in their institution)

Account - "XXXXXXX" (put in their account)

Let your manager know that this has been sent in.

How do I Read my AP&P?

To find your AP&P go to https://pod.planetaltig.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2f > Click on your name > top right click "Reports" > "AP&P".

What is a WTH (Withdrawn)?

A withdrawn should rarely ever happen but when it does here's what it means! It means a client cancelled before the policy got issued. Because a NPRD can be added to any policy before it's been issued a WTH should ideally never happen!

How to prevent them from happening? The client should always be instructed to contact you directly if they have any second thoughts so that you can have your MGA send in the NPRD for you on time.

I have Random Expenses on my Advance Report What Are They?

Expenses are either union dues or benefits. Make sure you are writting the quaterly minimums of 15,000 Net ALP every rolling 3 months in order to have the company pay for your benefits! If you do not write the minimum you will still have the benefits however, it will come out of your pocket via expenses! Union dues are part of being of UNIFOR 247.

I Got a Returned Item, Now What?

A Returned Item means their payment hasnt gone through. Home office will double draft them the following month to make up for the missed payment. Call your client to let them know so they are prepared.
